This is a eight week accountability program.
This plan is for you if you need a little bit more accountability for your diet and your daily lifestyle. We will do some tweaks to your diet along the way as well.
I find that most people when not held accountable will usually fall off the plan 99% of the time.
Specific diet guidelines based on your specific goals whether it is weight loss or muscle gain.
Everybody is different and everybody needs a specific diet.
I take an in-depth look at your current lifestyle and design a diet plan that fits your needs.
It’s also includes daily check-ins or posts in my private facebook group.
It’s also includes cardio and weight lifting recommendations, although it does not include a full weight lifting program written.
However if you do need a specific weight lifting and toning guidelines we can certainly talk about that and add that on so please message me
