Recently, I have been getting into Ted Talks. I usually listen to them while I am doing my cardio. There are some fascinating people out there with amazing advice on everything in life. While there are no talks on weight loss specifically, as I have been watching some of these, I found that these subjects can be Ted talks for weight loss as well.
