I get this question more than any other question from clients…. What food can I eat when I travel in order to stay on track with my weight loss? Its tough because when you are at home you have a schedule, a rhythm. You know what to eat when, and when to meal prep. Your workouts are on track at the gym. BUT when you step foot in that airport, WOAH, all hell breaks loose. Let me be clear this article is for Business travel not vacation travel. This article is going prep you on how to be prepared at the hotel you will be staying at on your business trips. First call ahead and make sure your hotel has a microwave and fridge in the room. These usually come standard by now but to be safe and prepared its best to call.
