My Daily Health Supplements
I get asked this question all the time. What supplements do you use on a daily basis? I do have my supplement dream team. But first let me start off by saying that a supplement is just that, a supplement. It is to aid and assist in the goals you want. Supplements are not there to provide a miracle as so many people think. There are some very valuable products out there and some that are just shit. If its not on my list its just not that valuable to me at this time. I Am inserting the links into the images on here so you guys can read more about them if you would like.
4. Appetite suppressant – I really love this product, when you are dieting and have too many hunger cravings this will help you keep them away. This product was developed specifically for women, there is a men’s too, it works with the hormones in our body for our needs. It comes with 3 products. My favorite is the thyrodrive. It doesn’t make you feel jittery which I love.
5. Pre-workout – I use a few depending on the day and the workout. Only for those who have serious workouts. Razor 8 has caffeine and creatine which i use for leg days and sprints. PMP I use every other workout its stimulate free.
6. CLA- This aids it reducing body fat while keeping muscle. Everyone should be taking this if they are dieting, you can lose 1lb of muscle for every 3 lbs you lose. Losing muscle equals lower metabolic rate which leads to eventual weight gain.
7. Water- the best supplement and its free! drink till your pee is clear 🙂
